Myob accountedge basic for mac upgrade#
When you open an AccountEdge Basics company file in AccountEdge Partner Edition v13 will get the option to upgrade to the company file to AccountEdge Partner Edition v13. New Zealand doesn't have the option for AccountEdge v13.5 (no compliance release for that), so they would use only use AccountEdge version 13. This allows for Australian Partners and New Zealand Partners to open AccountEdge v13 company files on their Windows computers. However this is also an AccountEdge Partner Edition v13, it was released in 2014. You are correct, there is an AccountEdge Partner Edition version 13.5. Unfortunately I do not have access to AccountEdge Partner Editions so I'm unable to provide testing metrics on those partner products but it is clear to me that an AccountEdge V3 company file cannot be opened in the AccountEdge Partner Edition v13.5 edition.When an attempt to open the same AccountEdge Basic V3 company file with AccountEdge Pro V14.5 the following Dialog Window is displayed:.If an attempt to open an AccountEdge Basic V3 company file with AccountEdge Pro V13.5 the following informational message is displayed:.The AccountEdge Partner Edition v13.5 edition is equivalent to AccountEdge Pro V13.5.There is No such edition as AccountEdge Partner Edition v13 but there is v13.5 in Australia.AccountEdge Basics v3 is compatible with AccountEdge Partner Edition v13." bearing in mind:.
